Happy to be there, staff was very quick and very humble. Food was delicious too. Loved the Hotel Ambience & full of positive vibes. Views from the rooftop & as well from the room is awesome. I ll love to visit the Hotel again with family. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed in a family room. The room was exactly as shown in the picture. Very friendly and warm staff. Breakfast on the terrace with great views, was nice and fresh. We had vegetarian options and the staff also cut some fruits that we had. It's well located, just a short walk from the clock tower but away from the hustle bustle. Overall a very good stay.

We had nice experience of stay at hotel, Rooms were clean and hygiene, washroom were also clean and hygiene, at extra cost you can get room heater. Staff was very good, room service was great. Food was also good. On demand they can arrange bonfire, but you need to pay for that. Overall it was great experience.

All whatever is shown in the images is far away from reality. the rooms are stinky. the staff is rude, arrogant. I checked in this hotel and checked out within five minutes. the doors of washroom were not getting locked. the staff misbehaved with the female and that too after entering the room without knocking and when confronted did not admit to his fault. the owner despite this much did not refund the advance and took more money for checkout. nightmare of a experience. the other room's washroom had urine spots upon arrival. the staff uniform black suits seen never washed, never cleaned and the attitude of staff and owner is spine chilling. its my humble request not to book this hotel. you wont feel safe here for even a minute.

The location is great and the people are very warm. The food is amazing too. However, it needs to install heaters in room as it gets very uncomfortable and cold. They provide portable heaters on charge basis but it's not comfortable and convenient. Has a lot of room to improve.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
