We booked thro an travel app for 2 days, on which we were charged 800 extra than actual price for each day . While check in we were confirmed for free breakfast both the days but while checkout we had to pay for it.food was not upto the mark but charges high. Room ambience was okish but no Room service for cleaning was not provided even after requested for it couple of times. Very worst maintenance. I was 8 months pregnant and I had to take stairs every time as lift was not functioning at all. And front office didn't even mind to bother our compliments. We stayed for 2 days and we had to ask towels and water bottles more than 5 times. Very worst experience ever. Never choose this place.

La Vivanta is pretty far from city and Meenakshi temple. I believed in make my trip rating and booked the hotel but it was not a good experience. Services were very poor. Hotel is not up to the mark very negligible attitude of the staff. 24 hour resturant only in the website but not functioning . In the complimentary breakfast many items were not refilled as it gets completed. . Especially when people book through these sites they are not treated well . Overall experience is not worth the amount I spent on hotel .

Rooms are good and environment are pleasant to stay hotel la vivanta. We came for a business meeting and stayed for three days front office staffs was so helpful and fullfilled my needs. Theire restaurant is very good experience and such a big restaurant and theire chicken biryani is delicious and chicken 65 is ultimate taste.

The website shows a great look, but is actually very average... Only the light effect in the room attracts customers.... Restaurant ambiance is great but poor quality food, plates and utensils are not clean... Can't recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
