It has good and bad, It has a good play area for kids and the location is good. But, The hotel is old and is undergoing renovation, they provide old rooms with bad doors which don’t lock properly, sofa and bed were not cleaned properly. They don’t provide basis things like hair dryer. They charge rs.600 for heater, you buy a new one for the same price. This place may be better after renovation. They need to be more customer centric.

Best view, haven’t tried their food. Their rules are like a school. They are punctual and they expect you to be punctual on your vacation trip. Rooms can be better. It feels like an old interiors. Geyser takes 40 mins to heat up the water(as per the staff). This is where management has to improve. Overall it’s a okay experience.

I have already stayed at this resort by 2018 or so. At that time my experience was amazing. Now recently when I booked a room I must say there was a big difference in service and the rooms as well. Could be maintained better. Also there are no heaters in the room whatsoever and you have to pay extra to get either firewood or an electric heater. The food was not good. Few things like this were very inconvenient. Staff tried to help their best. Amazing views and ambience just needs better maintenance.

Location is not easily accessible unless you have your own vehicle. Or have to wait for some random autorickshaw to pass that way. Rooms need lot of maintenance. Right from the main door till the bathroom. The main door lock is corroded and is held together a metal sheet and nails. Most lights are not working. Beds are not firm and are saggy. No welcome kit provided.

Lake view is our go to place in ooty. We love the hotel and the service. It is located in prime area and so comfortable for all..definitely recommended. Good play area for children is also available . The amenities in the room is great .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
