Reasonably comfortable hotel with modestly furnished, bright rooms. Decent restaurant and helpful staff. Maintenance improvement can make the place get better haul. Entrance and facade is really very good. Location is calm and quiet.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. While the amenities were satisfactory, I would have appreciated a wider variety of dining options. Nonetheless, I would consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

Rooms were ok but 1 wall had some red mark on it though. Telephone was full of dust, jetspray had very low pressure and blanket had some brown chunks on it so.......and yeah food was like very bad(for me) everything had so many spice but it didnt taste good and it hurted in throat. And breakfast buffet was worst. So sorry but not coming here anytime in future😞😞

Small room...uncleaned bathroom.. Dirty blankets.smelly room..glass window have stains...slow room service...one hour after ordering food..they are saying food is not available...location is far away from har ki pauri...

Good hotel with out proper maintenance. So many minor leakages/ painting missing/ furniture damages etc.. to give less rating. Restaurant is well maintained & taste is awesome. Highly secured & polite staff. Expect hotel management to concentrate to attend to these minor issues for good rating. Hotel location is right beside the highway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
