        I was stayed with my family on 25/10/2023. Hotel is in very good place. Mountain view. But room is very small and bathroom is also average, it was very cold at night about -4degree .I think management is very careless.3 year boy is with my family, they kept only air conditioner in room, no room heaters are there. A/c not worked properly throughout night. But I carried a heater then no problem, if not it was horrible. This is only thing I feel bad. Rather than this, Food is very good and tasty, staffs are very friendly. Receptionist is very kind person. My 3yr son crying for room key to take home, I tried lot to convince him but i didn't. Receptionist (I forgot his name) is kindly given a room key to my son than he become calm. This is most memorable, thank you sir. Overall it was good stay.

        Everything is very good. Cozy room. Comfortable bed heater. Room heating through heat mode of ac. But if there is no power supply then lights kettle are usable but not ac. Neat znd clean. Honeymoon suit is very spacious. Heating through ac will be operating only from 6pm to 9am provided there is power supply during this period.

        i was stay there 21/11/23 staff are not coprative and management also they are not caring their customer also.rude behavior we have book suit room with family due to lack of heater it was horrible to stay with kids Comfortable bed heater only. Room heating through heat mode of ac. But if there is no power supply then lights kettle are not usable amd ac also. location is good nr to nathu rasoi . Heating through ac ill be operating only from 6pm to 9am provided there is power supply during this period.but light problem is to much they are not giving supply of generator also please not book this horrible property

        Location of hotel is too good, near to market and taxi stand. Rooms are ok, food is ok with lesser varieties.

        A very nice hotel in a place like Pahalgam in Kashmir. The behaviour of the staff inside the hotel is very good. The most interesting things were the hot blanket attached to the bed and the electric kettle. Another thing that must not be forgotten is the air conditioner to keep the room warm and the 24/7 geyser service. All these services are provided by the hotel and I think all these services are very attractive to a customer.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
