        very noisy staff, if you want to relax and sleep, it is better to take a room in another hotel. The staff enters your room without knocking, if you are not dressed, apparently they don’t care the rooms are disgustingly dirty, and smells musty

        The rooms are untidy, one could feel dust while bare foot. Lighting is very dim, AC is extremely old & doesnt work upto mark, its tightly packed room with ventilation issue, a foul odour engulfs the room. Never worth 7840/2 nights. Not at all recommended.

        Best hotel. I visited 2 times. Nearby to metro station.just at walking distance. Medical shop nearby. Clean rooms. Good service. Clean bathrooms.all facilities available.

        Couldn't get hot water any day. I could never understand the timings. One night I requested for some hot water for bathing as it was very chilly due to the rains but never got it. Also, not recommending the place for food at all. The idlis and uttapams were as hard as rocks, everyday. Other meals didn't taste any better either.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
