Detailed Review : worth reading to avoid disappointment during vacation We(group of 3 families )had been there during Christmas time. Prices for rooms had increased by almost 3 times their original price. Our experience was not that smooth. Breakfast was included and decent but not worth the price we paid there. Detailed Review : worth reading Location: location is good and well connected to multiple tourist locations. Autos are easily available but charging is very high for even a small distance. Rooms : Rooms are average with poor service. They increased their tariff by seeing the season but forgot to get their staff ready for the same which was a big disappointment. Service: Service was a big disappointment. You ask for anything and wait for at least 30 min to 1 hour for the same. For eg : water, towels and other basic needs. We ordered our lunch and confirmed the waiting time. They said 30 min but delivered after 1 hour with multiple follow ups. On top of that the attitude and behaviour of the staff was pathetic. Their serving staff is not trained well to welcome the guests. Worst Experience scenario: on Christmas eve they had a special lunch buffet which was confirmed by us twice on call for the prices at Rs 399/person but after having they said it's 999/person which was a big disappointment. We asked them to settle at same time but they insisted to do it with assurance at the time of checkout. At the time of checkout their staff ( front desk and the staff takes care of the restaurant )misbehaved with us then we asked to call the senior manager as their manager was not understanding the situation and trying to cover up his rude staff. Finally the senior manager came and we had a concluding discussion and told him about complete scenario and the big disappointment. He apologized on behalf of his staff and asked for final settlement. We agreed to pay 499/ person since this was their mistake only but still accepting his apologies we agreed. This complete discussion made us leave the place really unhappy which forced us to miss one of our next plans as this whole discussion took a lot of our time and energy. I recently stayed at this hotel, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. The room was fantastic, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. However, the prices for edible items, especially water bottles, were on the higher side. Overall, it was a positive stay with excellent service and a pleasant room.

Very nice hotel to stay with family and friends. I Booked the hotel directly through the website which was fairly low compared to other booking sites. The food and service was excellent. Breakfast menu with various dishes and had quality taste. The food cost is unreasonably expensive. Overall experience was really great 👍

The hotel is situated at a prime location. It's 2kms from the white town( the French colony), 10 kms from Auroville and 2 kms from the main bus stop. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gymnasium which are well maintained. So anyone who wants to use them can do that. The staff is helpful and courteous. You would have to pay an extra charge in case you want an early check on the day of your arrival.

Swimming pool access, spa and gym are available. If they could add kid's play area, it would be great. Rooms are spacious. Food at hotel is good but costlier than outside. The only concern we had is about the bed. We informed that to the management and they mentioned that renovation is under progress. Everything else was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
