        Room had mosquitoes. Although they changed the room, other room also had mosquitoes . Customer service is bad. My room even after repeatedly telling, was not cleaned for 2 days. Upon complaining, they are now cleaning it, when I came back to the hotel after a tiring day... Please donot book this room as it is not even worth 1000 bucks

        If you want an honest review about this place, here it goes. I went to delhi for my wedding shopping with my parents and cousin. We booked 2 rooms there. First of all our bill showed balcony rooms, but no balcony. Then, the manager was extremely rude and was not even interested in solving our issues. The water bottles were sealed open, room was smelly, bedsheets were not changed, bathroom was dirty, water was flowing from AC, and we checked in later after a day full shopping. We literally had to check out after 10 mins of checking in and that too around 11pm in night. We changed our hotel. Pathetic hotel, room, and service.

        I booked room with balcony paying 500 extra but they game me room without balcony. I will not recommend this hotel, at 2k there are many better hotels. This is 0 star hotel. Room is very small, with no table and chair to sit and eat. Mattress and pillow were dirty as of not washed from months. No soap sampoo No kettle coffee milk Check in staff is unprofessional , unmannered and slow. I big no.

        First when you’ll book a fabhotel from other website or app and when you’ll reach at their location they will say your booking is cancelled and also they will not provide you with any room saying that their all rooms are booked no matter you call at any saffron leo saffron white saffron red saffron they will say no rooms available which isn’t possible at all days and especially for hotels which doesn’t have that good location for tourist also still all rooms are somehow sold out and at the same time their app will show that rooms are available for the same day. F9 or fabhotels are another name of span hotel

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
