        I need to argue with the staff at 1230 in the night for the room reservation though I had a reservation confirmation with me. So ensure u go with full confirmation and paying advance what they ask. Otherwise they give it to someone else and try to make money. I was charged 3000/- per room which is a little higher than the worth

        Unfriendly and rude staff, You have to call twice for any service. breakfast is at 9 AM if you have to leave early, Fan remotes are not in the room and to adjust the speed, you have to call reception, water bottles were not kept in the room (as per reception, it's kept in the room), reception doesn't listen. Unnecessary fights in reception made it look like we are at their mercy. I don't recommend this hotel for the family. The price is very high compared to the room size, room structure, unfriendly electric switches. Overall it doesn't even give an experience of a 2-star hotel. Lodge would have been better than this hotel.

        Me and my friend stayed over there! The bathing water was so salty, u should bring a water bottle for face wash. AC completely stopped working at 11.00 pm. Also the fan swings like in speed 1. Horrible experience

        Worst experience. Unfriendly staff at reception and worst room maintenance. Beds, pillows and pillow covers wore unwashed look. Spiders were found in the room. Room size is so small to be called a deluxe or family suite for such a bad maintenance charges are exorbitant

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
