Although a bit old, the rooms are luxurious. The plumbing of bathrooms are certainly an issue which the hotel needs to get done with. Perfect location for travellers intending to stay in Hinjewadi. Couple friendly. Overall almost a perfect stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous hotel and I have to say, it exceeded all of my expectations! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious home away from home. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I had the best night's sleep I've had in ages. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a fitness center and a spa, which added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. But let's talk about the food! The hotel restaurant was an absolute delight. The menu offered a delicious variety of dishes, and the presentation was top-notch. I felt like a food critic with every bite I took! The breakfast buffet was a definite winner, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. Yum! The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the major attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the local markets or take a leisurely stroll in the nearby park, everything was within reach. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Extremely poor customer service mindset.... They have made their own rules to stick by. Example one room one bottle of water.... No matter if its officially a bookibg for 2 people.... At 3 in the morning made us wait for 45 mins and still give just one bottle of water to be shared by 2 people.... At 4 in the morning i couldn't even go out to buy from outside... It claims to be business hotel. Two colleagues staying there would need two room keys for sure.. Common sense.... But not in this hotel... Only one queen sized bed.... Not even separate beds.... What kind of business hotel is this They should designate themselves as a honeymoon or OYO type hourly hotel instead of business hotel.

Behaviour of the stuff is good and food is fine. But rooms are average. Maximum rooms have broken furniture and bathroom fixes are also broken.Hotel next to it plays loud music till 4am.This should be termed as budget hotel and not business hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
