Stayed for a night at this property as my wife had to attend a seminar at near by hospital. Hotel is located near to Kasturba Medical College which is hardly 100 m from the property. They have restaurants serving both veg and non veg and it’s separate. Food, we had veg and the quality was very good and priced reasonably. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathrooms are also clean. The best thing I liked about this hotel is that they offer 24 hours check in/out as compared to other hotels. Which is, you can stay in this hotel for 24 hours from your check in time. Also, they will inform in advance if they can’t provide the said facility. Overall very much satisfied with regard to the stay, service etc…provided by the property.

I stayed with family. One of the best hotels to stay in Manipal. Location is very good and there is no need of auto to reach hotel, just 100mts from KMC bus stop. The room was very clean and well maintained. Veg food was really good and tasty. Main advantage is you will get half /full option. If you are just 1 or 2 people. Half would easily serve without waste. Complementary breakfast had many options. Overall my stay was good for 2 days. Hotel location : 5/5 Rooms : 5/5 Food : 5/5

Attended a conference at KMC Manipal. Stayed for one night. Place is centrally located easy to access from KMC Manipal. Single deluxe room was spacious and comfortable with AC running water and all amenities. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty South Indian food and was served piping hot. Staff was polite and friendly very helpful with queries. Price is reasonable for the pleasant stay. Special thanks to Ms rohini and mr. Reji for making my stay memorable. It is very safe for a solo female traveller. Highly recommended

Had been to the non veg restaurant of Madhuvan Serai and food is amazing. We ordered a bunch of items starting from masala papad, chicken lollypop, chicken man chow soup, paneer butter garlic, kulcha and butter chicken and every item was delicious. Service is very good as well and staff is courteous. Ambience is lit for family time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
