I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Madni Royal Hotel in Ajmer which is 2 minutes from Dargah and which is the best advantage of visiting Dargah Sharif. The Experience was amazing from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere exuded elegance and warmth. The staff's attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, and the windows were large having a view of Dargah Sharif and a Nearby mountain from my window added a touch of spiritualness and peace. Another brilliant experience was Terrace Hotel where hygienic and tasty food and dining was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What truly set this hotel apart was the attentive and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and indulgent retreat.

Rooms are spacious but it was very bad experience with toilet. No flush, and sludge jammed. Very poor service I faced with lift. Mostly I had to use stairs because of lift close. Reception room & hall is very nice. Niyazbhai Rashidi is very Co operative as a Manager. Experience with Room C3 on Third floor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mandi royal ajmer and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff exuded warmth and hospitality, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The service was truly top-notch. Our server was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also attentive and personable. They took the time to explain the specials and offer recommendations based on our preferences. Throughout the meal, our glasses were always filled, and our needs were anticipated and met with a genuine smile. The timing of each course was impeccable, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed. From the front desk, room service and food services we were very impressed and it was all impeccable. Rooms were clean, tidy and washrooms well kept. We would recommend all coming to Ajmer to either stay at the hotel or atleast try the food at the hotel restaurant. Food quality plus the taste is very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
