Very bad experience. Booked my stay for 3 days through mistay.in and even made an advance payment of 1.5k Had booked for late check in. When I reached the hotel denied having received any booking at all . They even shut the gate and locked it . Zero empathy I was left stranded at midnight

Very bad experience. Please don't go with it. Please don't get attracted with photos. The rooms were very small in size and not having proper basic facilities of 24hr water supply. They provided dirty bedsheet pillows, and room with broken doors.

Very pathetic hotel.Even i paid in advance,the manager denied my check in..Greedy and also very smelly room, toilet was broken which i shown to manager. At night they switched off water also and incase of natural calls obviously guests will be in big trouble. intentionally they shifted me in a room where AC was leaking and water dropping inside room and no cooling also at summer season. The manager is very rude and not at all professional. I never found a hotel where manager denied check in even after already paid and booked before checkin date. Avoid such hotel like HOTEL MAGIC PLACE . Oyo should not include such hotel as its extremely inconvenient for guests at time of checking with luggages and when you are informed that manager wont give your booked and paid room. Avoid such hotels and ouo should take action against such hotels.

The rooms were in pathetic conditions, we couldn't cancel our booking as it was late by the time we reached. The bathroom door was broken, the staff was also not good and bedding was also in bad condition. It's just some makeshift service only. Don't go by the photos online.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
