        Only plus point of this hotel is it's location. Otherwise, please avoid this hotel. Rooms are very old & stinky. No cleanliness of the rooms, toilets, balcony. Even some toilets doesn't have mug & buckets. The hotel management runs the hotel very poorly. Although the hotel staff have always behaved well but the hotel authorities do not care at all about the maintenance of their hotel. When I entered in my room I see swarm of red ants on the bed.

        Rooms are in bad condition, no cleanliness and even staff don't listen to you. Guys on reception talk very rudely and if you ask them to clean the room they took whole day to clean it. I checked in at 9am in morning and they clean the room at nearly 4pm. I would recommend everyone to not stay in that hotel.

        I don't know from where all these good reviews come ?! I was there in September 18., I want to stay till 8 pm only. He charges me 400/-. Charge was not the problem for me. Room was in bad Condition. I went angry at that time when he gave me Mortien instead of Air freshener. Staff was helpful but the owner was Khadoos. Location is very good but he is just garbage mind and doesn't care about customers.

        3rd class hotel staff is so rude they don't have manners to talk with customers they directly come to room without knocking the door.They don't provide service after giving full payment also I would suggest not to buy room this hotel is not safe. Soo much of bad experience with me and my family.

        Mahalaxmi Hotel is very pathetic, dirty and service is also not good. The rooms & toiletries are very dirty, and uncleaned. PFA the pics for your reference.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
