Hotel Mahaluxmi is an average hotel in Katra. Location of the hotel is very good and nature lovers would enjoy this site. However, the rooms and their services are not up to the mark. The service staffs are very rude and unprofessional. They are good in defaming hotel image. They need to be immediately groomed for their job else guests will refrain from staying at this place. Pace of service is quite low. They do not make up your room even after asking for several times. Wash rooms inside the rooms are not equipped with the required stuffs. Towel hanger is broken. A distinguished bad smell is there in their ground floor room. Looking at the price they are quoting at such a religious place, they must focus on the above mentioned improvements in their property.

Overall everything is good. Convenient location near Asia Chowk, hardly 2km from banganga point. Comfortable stay, cooperative staff,amazing food ,oil free cooking, seems to be organic food . A prime location just opposite by ITC WELCOM .

I stayed for 4 days and it was very pleasant stay. Rooms were cleaned and the view from balcony was really nice. Food was delicious and it's like our homemade food. Staff behaviour was very good. They guide me properly. It is situated quite far from main city so it's add advantage to be more peaceful environment. The main city is hardly 500m walk. I recommend to stay here whenever you go to katra. Jai Mata Di. Thanks

Very bad hotel ,hotel fooled after paying for super delux forced us to take delux room , Room serive was worst,anusive behavior .even they did not cleaned our room and said jaa tu krle apna room saaf ,even though we came after hectic vaishno dham yatra .never ever pot for this hotel .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
