        Hotel was booked by Travel agents GLACIAL ADVENTURES and upon looking into reviews I was sure the stay is going to be bad, so no much hopes. Upon checking in, feel is like a low budget OYO. But soon there was an explosion of cockroaches. They were just everywhere, running across the floor. Complained to hotel, they sprayed repellent but no use, they are just too many in number. Upon looking for room change, we realised all room are cockroach infested. Upon checking out, gave the humble feedback to manager to do PEST CONTROL.

        Worst hotel ....bathroom flash not working, no any single water bottle even in complementary after getting 2500 per room..no complementary breakfast.... unprofessional staff behave...never recommended.

        This hotel is located near the katra main market. Hotel infrastructure is good, rooms are neither very small nor too spacious. Cleanliness can be improved, hotel staffs were polite and helpful, most of the people who come to katra and stay here are pilgrim of mata vaishno devi, so this hotel provides free vehicle service to devotees to a point called banganga, from there one start the trek for bhawan and do the darshan of maa vaishno devi. Overall the experience at this hotel was good 👍

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
