        The hotel is really rundown. Everything is old and broken, the painting on the walls is coming off and the walls are dirty. The bedsheets were obviously not changed for at least some time, as they were dirty, stained and had hairs on it. At least they changed them after complaining. There were also many mosquitos, as the insect nets were broken. It's also quite far from the center. Quite expensive for what you get and one of the worst hotels on our trip through India. Not recommended!

        DO NOT stay here. Not worth at all. I spent a good amount of money and yet everything was miserable. The room they gave me was on the same floor where they have the reception and it was smelling (smoking) like a hell. The TVs weren’t working, they didn’t provide towels and napkins, and the WiFi was continuously down. As shown in the picture, the hotel quality is NOT good at all. I booked it based on the reviews but now I know I shouldn’t have trusted it because who knows who put it there. Again, I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

        I sought enquiry about accommodation availability over telephone. Thereafter receptionist shared details of room and rent over watsapp for my desired dates. I gave confirmation for reservation of Corporate room. Thereafter I received no further response from respective hotel staff regarding requirement for advance payment for confirmation. I presumed that room is reserved for me as deliberated over watsapp message. On arrival at Mumbai I called up on same mobile number to. Seek location. I was informed that room was not reserved for me since I did not pay booking advance. How can customer make payment without receiving payment amount and payment mode.Higjly unprofessional and non responsive attitude.

        Rooms are in bad condition. The service provided by the hotel is satisfactory.Please dont try breakfast its pathetic. I don't know why the management providing these type food.
