Excellent property, very clean and spacious. Rooms are extra sized, with all the amenities and beautiful views from the balcony. With a reasonable price tag, this hotel is worth every penny. It is fairly centrally located as well.

I must say my stay was pleasant. Its at a quiet place with so much trees around. The property is well maintained. Apart from the room there is small garden area to sit. The staff is courteous and alert (they came outside to help with the luggage even before I asked). The rooms are spacious and well maintained with big windows and panoramic views of hills. The view is very beautiful. I must also add that the food is quite good. The hotel is almost in the middle of Kasauli Christ church and Manki point.

A perfect homestay away from the market area inside the cantonment area. Set in a tranquil environment, it is the perfect location if you want to enjoy a magnificent vista of mountains from your rooms and hear the rustling of leaves and chirping of birds. The walking trails are very close to enjoy a healthy outing. The homestay has beautiful duplex rooms with artistic wooden paneling and lovely balcony with mountain view. The cleanliness of the property is simply amazing. They have an exquisite terraced garden which is not to be missed. All varieties of food are available at the place which are very tasty. In all an idyllic homestay to make your visit memorable.

Worst experience. Rude behaviour by staff. Food not good. Only one serving staff available for the entire rooms and restaurant. Not recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
