This nice hotel for stay. We had got newly renovated rooms on the 4th floor other floors are still old rooms or under renovation. They have nice restaurants and spa. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you in the area. Hotel service is also great. Only problem we had during our stay was one of the elevator was not working.

Staff were helpful. Location is near railway station. For ppl coming by road, ample car parking is available, v good room cleaning. AC and hot water work perfectly. Downside-Bathroom fittings were not up to mark. Toilet seat was unhinged. Flush needed to be used 2-3 times. However, staff good behaviour, calm atmosphere and excellent buffet breakfast make up for the downsides.

Good place to , nice location, ambience Good, staff helpful but room service poor. Restaurant not good too crowded poor service at rush hours. Restoration work so little untidy. Nice parking lot. Did not try swimming pool ,spa etc. Location Good. Worth money you pay.

Rooms are spacious enough, ample parking , buffet breakfast was amazing though the spread was limited to South Indian dishes only. Witnessed North Indians returning disappointed after seeing the spread. And the service is really bad. IRD ... the person who came to deliver had an attitude as if he is doing some favour by delivering food Housekeeping.... cleaned room even after having the DND sign.

Is was a great stay. Everything was smooth. We were in suite rooms. One of the rooms fridge wasn't in working condition. And TV also was required to be fixed after check in. Rest everything was smooth and all the staff members were were very courteous and approachable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
