We stayed at Mama Palace for 1 night. This was my favourite stay on my Kashmir trip. The facilities are excellent. They have spacious, clean rooms with 3 heaters- 1 central heater, 1 manual heater, and 1 bed heater. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The location is also very nice 👌 It's located at a 5 minute walk to Gondola. The food was also great. Would love to visit here again. 😍

Stayed here for 1 night recently. Walkable distance from gondola ride. They have neat and clean rooms. Service is really good. Staff is very friendly. Food served is really good. They have good heater facility.

We stayed at Mama Palace for 1 night and had an amazing time thanks to their hospitality and quick and prompt service. Our manager there, (Mehraz) was always available to help, the service guy (Younis) was really helpful as one of our family member was having trouble breathing and the hotel staff immediately helped us to take her to doctor and provided whatever help is needed. Now about the property, its very neat and clean property and you'll find every thing you'll need in the hotel. Gondola ride was in a walkable distance, We'll definitely visit them again and if you are booking room at Mama Palace then go for it without giving a second thought.

We are just back home from our memorable trip of Kashmir which was organised by Sky Bond Tours and Travels and our stay in the hotel Mama Palace, Gulmarg on 11.11.23 could not have been better and so pleasant. The location is perfect fabulous for ease of getting to and from Gondola. The staff is helpful and considerate. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast and Dinner which was included in the package was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team had always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. -Fantastic and Highly Recommended !! Want to say a special thank you to all the Staff especially Mr. Basheer, Mr. Younis and Mr. Aamir who helped us so much! taking special care of my Son who is physically challenged and providing food and eatables in the hotel room for him and making him feel comfortable. One of the best Hotel. It's Close to Gondola 🚠 Cable Car Entry Gate Phase 1. Hardly 4 - 5 Minutes walking distance from Hotel. Hotel Staff are very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
