Very Bad Hotel. Totally money waste. The most worst thing if you want to drink in the hotel premises like gallery they will not allow you. They will tell you all the rules and tell you to checkout at that time only They don't mention this rules at the time of booking. So please dont stay here. Its totally worthless.

Visited here with my wife .. and Had little different experience here 1. Rooms were big and decent.. but Washroom was not maintained 2. Our welcome was weird, every staff (all males ) were smiling lookin at each other by saying "room 106 me bhejna hai inko".. "ha 106 .. 106" I don't know what was their excitement I requested them to change the room to anything other than ground floor.. and they did shifted us without any question.. I didn't tried any food from their Restaurant . But it looked decent though.

Not a great experience. Rooms are not that good. We had to change rooms 3 times due some issue or other (jammed door, tap broken, bad smell). Food is also not great. There are only 2 good things about this hotel:- 1. It is in a prime location. Many eateries, tourist attractions are nearby. 2. Staff is helpful. Choose this if you are looking for a value stay and want to save money on commute.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
