I had one of the worst experiences recently; for two days (since it was a long weekend as well), I paid 17k (for 7 people) , and trust me, the services were utterly disappointing. The rooms were not only cramped but also had a damp, musty smell, as if they had never been touched by a ray of sunlight. It was an utterly unpleasant experience, with the air feeling moist and stagnant, creating a truly disgusting atmosphere. The washroom exhaust system was so poor that it vented the air directly into the living room, not allowing the smelly air to escape the room. Consequently, we all had to endure the unpleasant odor of our own waste. Hot water was only available for a brief 2-3 hours in the morning. It seemed like the blankets had never seen a washing machine, and the pillows were disgustingly dirty.

No hot water. We stayed here for 2 nights. We took bath with cold water in chilled weather like ooty. If we complain to reception they were not solved my problem. Don’t book this hotel

Particularly the hotel management is misleading the customer by keeping wrong pictures of their hotel rooms in MakeMyTrip, agoda, cleartrip etc. They are having two branches in Ooty itself with different names. One is in central Ooty where the connectivity is good, rooms are good, hopefully service as well but the one where we stayed (hotel Maneck main bazar) is the worst hotel we ever stayed in our life. While booking they sent their other branch property pictures rather where they accommodated us. If you are travelling with elderly family members then this hotel is not good because they don’t have lift services. Room Service is very poor or consider as no service provided, No towels has given, neither beds are cleaned nor the blankets. Rooms were not cleaned as well which is good for spiders, bugs etc). Cigarettes buds, alcohol bottles were lying under the bed. If I would allow to give negative or zero rating then I would love to do that.

Very very congested space. Rooms are very small. I was selected triple bed room. 1 queen and 1 additionl was there. Additional bed was very noisy. There was no cleanliness. Very old rooms. Photos was very very nice. But in actual it was the opposite. The only advantage is very near to bus stand, market, and railway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
