I recently stayed at Hotel Mansarovar during my visit to Vadodara, Gujarat, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the main Ajwa Chokdi, was convenient for exploring the city. Situated in a commercial complex on the 2nd and 3rd floors, it offers easy access to nearby amenities. While the rooms are basic, they are clean, cozy, and adequately furnished for a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. Although the hotel doesn't have its own kitchen, the staff readily arranged tea, coffee, and delicious Indian breakfast on demand, making sure I started my day right. Overall, Hotel Mansarovar provides a value-for-money stay with its convenient location, cozy rooms, and hospitable staff. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation option in Vadodara.

It looks like big hotel in picture. There are hardly 10 rooms available. Rooms are very small, not clean at all. Corridor and room were smelling bad. No one was in the hotel to stay. I don't know how this hotel 4+ rating. It will be the worst decision to go there. Please do not plan for a family stay. With friends it is acceptable.

The 3 stars are only for the boy who cleaned the room and the washroom, the worst hotel I have stayed in recent times, I got an allergy just looking at the bed sheet and the mattress was all lame, pathetic to call a hotel, even lodges are better as I see it, ac was okay but it took forever to cool, luckily I had to spend only 3 to 4 hours, I am sure I would not have slept a wink at night as I could not sleep from 7 am to 10 am and the toilet seat was also sticky but only thanks to that boy who cleansed it and demanded I tip him, which is ok, he also told me how much to tip him, but atleast this was the only saving grace, don’t ever think of spending any night here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
