An amazing experience with this gorgeous hotel. We travelled from New Zealand with two kids the staff were so friendly and really accommodating. The rooms were super clean great bedding. Was a bit cold so they got us a heater and washed our clothes as we had been travelling for a while. They have a great roof top restaurant with a good selection of food. They also offer amazing dessert packages

This hotel is an amazing hotel to stay in. Our family loved staying here. We were in room 108 a few days ago and the hotel staff were very kind. The food was amazing and very high quality especially because we had requested to use mineral water for the food as we get a reaction to the tap water in Jaisalmer. The staff gets things when you need it in less than 10 minutes and the cleaners did a superb job in cleaning the room and making sure it was all tidy. Highly recommend for families as it is child friendly and a great place to stay in when you are visiting Jaisalmer.

NOTE: the 1 star is just because 0 star review is not possible. I stayed with my family at Marina Mahal hotel for one night in December '23. We had a nightmare of a stay. To start with, the room had stained bedsheets and worn out dohars... the geyser in the bathroom was a bit temperamental and had its own mind when to provide hot water. But the real nightmare was the restaurant. We went up for dinner and were served the preset menu for our inclusive dinner. And we ordered 2 items extra which we were told that will be charged. We were fine with it. Inspite of Maggi noodles being one of the easiest dishes in the world, they served a tasteless porridge like dish with overcooked soggy noodles in it. Later a server brought 2 plates of chowmein to our table, even though we never ordered it. When we informed him that we never ordered it he took it back to the kitchen. Then a staff from the kitchen came and insisted very rudely that the whole kitchen heard us making the order and we have to pay for it. At this point he was yelling at us. He went as far as threatening us that we won't leave the hotel without paying for the item. Fearing for our safety, we didnt wait for breakfast there next morning. How a hotel acquires 3 star with such thugs in staff is beyond me.

Stay was good. All services were nice. Very co operative staff. Food was also good. Staff guided us correctly for touring around in jaisalmer. Over all everything very nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
