Starting from overall experience with hotel is bad👎 Couples better find some other property. Rooms are small, With old style bed 🛌 with complimentary dust on it and no good mattress, bathroom switch are broken, Bathroom door handles broken.I was totally disappointed by the great welcome by Hotel Maru casa. This is the true review for the hotel. I booked the hotel with some good reviews I feel those all the fake or paid review by hotel. Better select hotel on main road near Sindhi camp bus stand many option are available. Best thing about the hotel: They gave us another room after my complaint which was at least adjustable for me to stay at least one night. Hotel don't have driver room, since I know the hotel is no good I said to hotel staff to adjust my second day booking by providing room to my Driver, In which they agreed and room given to my driver with no workable attached bathroom (Honest feedback by my Driver).

Great location, service and breakfast at a really reasonable price. Service was top notch. They did not hesitate at any thing. Location is nearby to all the shops required. Liquor is also available at the MRP rate.

I stayed here for my vacation for a day. It was a pretty good experience with hotel being in close proximity to railway station and bus stop. The rooms were spacious and the toilets were clean. There were some issues such as non-availability of hot water at certain times and smell from the air conditioner. The staff was friendly and experience was good considering the location of the hotel and price charged. (The hotel room was booked through Agoda)

Comfortable room and warm atmosphere, hotel is about right value for the cost. The best selling point of this hotel is the staff, they are fantastic. They did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Location is an easy walk to some nice restaurants and a short tuktuk ride to busy local markets, also a good distance from the airport. WiFi in public areas works well but not in rooms. The included meals were great, loved the food here and the local breakfast has some fruit and bread options. Overall a very pleasant stay and j would recommend staying here.

It’s an amazing place to stay in Jaipur. We experienced awesome vintages and traditional touch over here. As Bengali people we felt more comfortable because they can speak Bangla properly!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
