Amazing property. The hospitality is just top notch. The moment you enter the hotel, all you get is positive vibes. The interiors are exceptional and the best part is that it’s just a 10 minutes walk to the Fort and lake. Special mention to Mr Om Ji for being a great host. Highly recommended

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic! The friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The room was not only clean but also spacious and tastefully decorated, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat. My husband and I recently visited jaisalmer. There we stayed with Meri Haveli which is a branch of Fifu. I must say this property is amazing though it is small but you don't feel it. Every space is very well managed. All the rooms are very nice and the hotel is beautifully decorated. We had everything in the room that was required and everything was clean and very well placed. And the best part is the view from our room... You could see the fort from the window. They have a beautiful terrace too where one can have all the meals and drinks too overlooking The Fort. When we arrived we were welcomed by Fifu ji and he is such a humble and kind person. He makes our stay memorable as we felt like we are at home. He is in tourism for so long and must say he is an amazing host. Our stay was very smooth and we extended our stay to one more night. The staff is also very helpful.We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends. Would definitely come again

I had a lovely stay at Meri Haveli and I will highly recommend this hotel to all if you travel in Jaisalmer. It’s a very pleasant and very safe place. The location is ideal in a peaceful area whish and pleasant to get away from the city noise: the hotel is a short ride (5 min) from the Jaisalmer fort and Gadisar Lake. The room was very clean, confortable spacious and also nicely decorated. The bathroom has a shower cabin and hot water. The food is also very good. the environnement is exceptional: the view of the fort from the balcony and from the terrace is very nice. And I really appreciated the amazing staff and owner. They are very helpful and friendly. Fifu (the owner) always made sure we had a good time at the hotel. You can also take part in a cooking class and he organize a desert trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
