Our experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. Despite booking a month in advance, upon our arrival at 10 PM, we discovered that our reserved room had been given to another guest who had extended their stay. As a family with a 5-year-old child, this situation was highly inconvenient. After a prolonged argument, the hotel offered an alternative stay at a neighboring hotel for one night. However, the condition of that hotel and its rooms was deplorable and unpleasant. Unwilling to accept this offer, we suggested relocating the guest who had extended their stay to the nearby hotel, but the hotel staff refused, citing an inability to ask their current guest to vacate the room. This left us frustrated and questioning the purpose of booking a month in advance. Eventually, we reluctantly opted to stay in another hotel, despite it being under maintenance, as we felt we had no other viable option. The reception experience was incredibly unsatisfactory, and we strongly advise against considering this hotel. The rooms were notably small. The only positive aspect was the restaurant staff, who were courteous and welcoming, earning the hotel a two-star rating solely due to their professionalism. We do not recommend spending your money on this establishment; there are better options available in Karol Bagh.

I'm not going to say it's worst. But it should be at least good to be graded as a 3-star hotel. The rooms are way too small. You don't have any space to move around the room. We booked two double bedrooms and one double bedroom with extra bed. They gave triple beds to one of our families and twin bed to a couple. I don't know if they have got any sense. The bathrooms are horrible. Exhaust fans aren't working, the taps and flush knobs are rusty (obviously too old) and one of the sink taps was loose. You can take a single look and say that this hotel is too old. They just renovated it on surface level. Nothing else. Food was good. That's the only good point. The manager is not eligible for his job, I must say.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Metro View, Karol Bagh during my visit to Delhi, Karol Bagh and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by a sense of opulence and warmth that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Have attend conference couple of days and I found awesome hospitality and delicious food. Ambience are very good. Thanks to team Metro View.
