Hotel midtown is very nice hotel for travellers looking for budget accommodation in Mumbai. Nice location and bed is very neat and clean and Wi-Fi and TV proper working. Safety and hygiene is the top priority of this hotel. Staff is very nice give good service and owner is very polite. If required stay of one day or someday in Mumbai must visit this hotel.

Not up to the mark. They are strict with check out timing i.e 12 pm and didn't allow us even 5 mins more to stay even though we checked in1 and half hours later. The bathroom is very small and not clean.

It's just opposite of Anderi West railway station.. Lift facility available. They cleans room and change bedsheet daliy basics.. There is a parking facility too..

Overall a very nice and comfortable stay. Earlier was a bit adamant about staying with family but found it to be much safe and family friendly. The owners at the reception are very nice, welcoming and respectful...their interaction made the experience of stay very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. With the price that you pay you get quite nice, comfortable although compact rooms. But if you're on a work tour or need a quick stay especially during the transit with your family this is a safe place to visit. Found the rooms quite clean and comfortable and safe. The only reason I'm reducing 1 star is because of this one hotel staff who was hell bent on having a tip,kept insisting that we order food in room service through him. It's our choice we can go down to have food in restaurants as many of them are available just nearby,why would you force the customer for ordering it in room. This particular staff guy was very rude and negative in overall approach,rubbed off his negativity on us. Although would like to mention that all the other staff were very courteous and humble, wouldn't want to take away their good efforts because of this one bad staff. The said person's negativity did affect me to an extent that I had to ponder if I should book the stay again or not,hence such staff should be controlled more wisely,else the place will start losing good customers like us unnecessarily. Rest all was totally fine.

Staff is amazing, friendly, and very helpful! Location is great for accessing trains but have earplugs or don't mind noise because busy intersection has constant honking. Room could have been cleaner,but if you set aside western expectations, the hotel is a pleasant experience.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
