The terrif was doubled due to holiday season when we visited. We may have paid more than double due to surge. Staff was very humble and supportive. Pool area was great l. They have tents and tree house option also. Ample space for parking.

I am happy to say that our stay at Hotel Millennium Park from 13th to 17th December 2023 has been excellent. The staff was very cooperative. The rooms were impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. I must say that food including breakfast served to us was excellent. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

Not recommended at all!!! If you are looking for view this is definitely not the place. Rooms are not so clean and room service is poor. WiFi doesn't work. They dont clean rooms as normal practice. We have to submit key and request which we weren't informed earlier. There is no "make my room" board or option given. When I requested to clean room after coming back in night, the receptionist said won't be done now will be done only in morning no cleaner available and next moment my husband said same thing he said sending cleaner now. Such a pathetic and sexist attitude of the receptionist ( Kaif). We had 1 dinner and it was super oily. I had fast the next morning n request for some fast items. They made very blant khichadi so I asked for fries which was agreed upon a day earlier but they did not make coz only 1 fast item can be made is their rule.

Sufficiently spacious rooms for 10 people, excellent amenities including a bonfire, gym, DJ, and pool. While the entrance is steep, the overall room service is commendable. I recommend trying the swimming pool. Look for Aarush Gaikwad near the rail lines.

This is a big property and maintained well. But the rooms are very small. Garden view rooms don't have any garden outside. Only a small carpet of lawn.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
