A wonderful stay for business people due to it clean , quite surroundings. The staff are very good to talk and promot in serving their guests. Vegas mall and Reliance mall are just footstep away making it feasible with sector 13 and 14 metro stations conveyance. Good location .

Located at a clean area where you can get all your daily needs within footsteps because of the presence of vegas and reliance malls. The staff are so good to talk and are very prompt in serving their guests. A good business stay !

NEEDS too.much improvement ! I had to spend one night at the hotel. Checked in at 8pm and ejected at 7.30 am next morning Here are the issues A) Washroom window was sealed and had no exhaust fan working in room 205. Net result bad. It was a washroom without a window and stinky B) Free breakfast very very sad.Despite repeated reminders during checkin that I needed a breakfast at 7 am nothing provided. After my anger they said only one boiled egg can be given. If you want a glass of milk they say pay up. Not free C) Staff is polite. But overall maintenance and management needs to be much much better

TOO MANY LOGISTICAL ISSUES AT THE HOTEL. . Despite of Overall Supportive and Polite Staff, because of NUMEROUS logistical issues at the hotel, I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. . On my stay from 22-June-2023 afternoon to 27-June morning, I faced following issues at the hotel: 1. While booking 2 months in advance, I had called the hotel and told them I am coming for back-to-back law exams for 5 days, and need a peaceful room with chair, table and white light. My allotted room 206 on 22-June was right over the Kitchen with a very powerful exhaust, "so powerful" that it sent strong vibrations and sounds to the room. Day 1 itself I had to get it switched-off twice and wasted over 1.5 hours. Next day morning just before the exam, they again turned on, and this time refused to switch-off. I had to plead that just do it for 30 minutes, and by then I shall leave for the exam. They eventually did. When I came back in afternoon, and wanted to sleep since previous night had slept for only 3 hours, they again turned it on. Now they said okay they will change my room, and kept of saying that will be done in 10-15 minutes. This time 2 hours went by when I could neither study nor sleep and had exam next morning. Anyhow they eventually changed the room to 404. 2. Also on day-1 in room 206, the exhaust window in the bathroom was open i.e. without exhaust. So in the night, the entire bathroom got filled with mosquitoes who eventually started to seep into the room. In the night from 11 PM to 11:45 PM was asking them to put some paper on the window. I was fortunately carrying mosquito racket, and killed over 150 mosquitoes in this time span. 3. When their attendant finally came to put the paper on the window, and switched-on the fan in the bathroom, the solo light in the bathroom there stopped working because of loose connection. Entire night it was like that. So now the dilemma was if I open the bathroom to get light from the room, then mosquitoes shall enter the room, and if I don't do that then it was completely dark inside. Used mobie torch but then there was no proper place to support the mobile without risking it inside the bathroom. 4. Then on 26-June hotel's power went off around 1:50 PM, and their generator was also not working. So I was stuck again in a situation when I could neither sleep not study. I then at 2:30 PM packed my luggage and arranged for the place at my friend in Dwarka to rest for a while, and then later came back. In all this to and fro from hotel, this time I lost 3 hr 15 minutes. . Therefore, despite of Overall Supportive and Polite Staff, because of NUMEROUS logistical issues at the hotel, I had a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. . I won't suggest anyone to stay at this hotel unless they fix their logistical issues.

Stayed for 2 nights. Location is good. well connected to metro. Rooms and washrooms were neat and clean. Food was also good. There was nothing to complaint about. Staff behaviour was very good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
