The hotel was good. Their staff was so humble and polite. I missed handing over my keys for room cleaning but they arranged someone to clean my washroom at 9pm. Room were cozy, big (bigger than 4 star properties) along with the bathroom. The only issue I had was that their kitchen is far from their restaurant. So it was taking them more than 10 min to refill any item getting over in buffet during breakfast. Breakfast was tasty though.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 nights and I would say that our entire stay was commendable. The staff is very good natured and helpful, especially, Showkat Mir who attended to us. The services were upto the mark. The rooms were pretty good and comfortable to stay in. The food there was amazing too. They helped us with a driver as well and Mr. Zulfi provided us a great itinerary. Overall it was a great experience and is highly recommended.

After spending a lot of time to find a good place to stay in Srinagar luckily found this amazing place. A big thanks to Zulfi ji who made our short trip beautiful and memorable. For sure this place will be my go to place in my next visit whenever it'll be.

I stayed here 14 15 16 nov superb stay I feel a home away from my home. staff is so cooperative food quality is very good and service is excellent. Main attractions of this palace here lives our dream girl Hema Malini plz sure to meet her she is so beautiful and cooperative. She is owner of this property Thanks for all staff

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
