I was there for 3 days, nobody came even for a single time for cleaning and they did not change the bedsheet even once. No toiletry items were provided. The used sigar pot was kept on the table with cigarette buds. I called the service boy for room cleaning, he came and said (Jhadu mil nhi Raha hai mop se saaf kar deta hu, dekhna kahi baal dikhega floor par to batana. Kyu ke mop me pehle se baal hai madam.) Food is unnecessarily expensive. And if you love non-vegetarian food options, this isn't a place for you. Although the rooms are spacious and fine.

The hotel is quiet near to Dargah which is good but there are lot of hotels nearby where you can find the best service and it has a very poor service + the management is very rude. Not worth it to stay.

Hotel is very close to the dargah. The rooms are compact and clean, but it isnt hygienic. Price of the room is moderate but the service isnt good. The bedsheets are stained and wash basin has leakage. The hotel management should look into the hygiene and maintenance of the room.

The hotel is near dargah and all. It is clean and quite big room. However the location of the hotel is very tricky and small roads if you are travelling with four vehicle then you probably have to walk for 500 km to get there. This is pur veg hotel with average taste. Can be visited.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
