Excellent Property for family..!! Our room no was 409 which is triple bedded room..! All rooms are very clean, hygiene, well maintained. Hotel has lift & in-house Pure Veg restaurant..! Location of the property is excellent. The hospitality is very good. I have visited seven times in varanasi, but in this time, this is our best ever stay in varanasi. Thank you entire team of Hotel MK Grand, Varanasi

Very wonderful hospitality by the staffs and clean rooms are very tough to find in this city. This is one of the best. Staff Mr. Faijaan is courteous and welcoming. The location is perfect for the market, temple and all that you need for exploring bananas. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Location is prime, but road is half the time (9-9) in a No entry for vehicles except 2 wheelers, it could be a bit of issue. When we stayed it was Dev Deepawali and it was crowded. The service was below par.. they said it was due to less staff due to Deepawali Chhath holiday season was just over and there were only 2 workers in the entire hotel providing services. Food at the restaurant was decent and we liked it in general. Rooms had decent space inside, and Bed is standard double bed or at Max queen size one. Alternatively there are rooms with twin single bed. They didn't even provide the daily complementary water bottle without asking 3 times a day and that too didn't on the last day. They don't clean the commode daily unless you are present on the spot and insist. Some flushes don't and keep flowing unless you try extra hard. The lift seem to have mind of its own. Hot water is available 24 hours a day. Desk staff behaviour is average. But they co-operate if feasible.

The rooms are very small, and congested for two people. There are absolutely no windows or ventilation in the rooms, and for the price, a host of better options are available in the locality. The photos shared were deceptive and I was charged for the entire day when I could not sit in the room even for 20 mins. Do not recommend this hotel.

Small rooms, no ventilation, poor service. Don't clean rooms regularly. Average food. Only location is good, walkable distance from Kashi vishwanath temple

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
