Very surprised to see the neatness and cleanliness of the room and the entire property. It was raining hard during my stay but they kept everything dry moping the floor multiple time during the day. Super awesome staff. Each and every staff was very humble and supportive of your need. Very nice new hotel. Great price. I did not eat in there restaurant so can’t comment on that. I was traveling from usa and wasn’t carrying universal adapters and the front desk staff could arrange for that too. No usbc or flat pin sockets in the hotel so please carry. I stayed 3 days.

During my recent stay at Hotel Moistin in Pune, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience. From the delectable cuisine to the impeccable hospitality and top-notch service, this establishment truly stands out. Hotel Moistin exudes luxury and offers an array of excellent amenities. The suite I had the privilege of staying in was exceptionally premium, adding to the overall indulgence. This experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Moistin to anyone seeking a lavish and memorable stay in Pune.

one week before we had a birthday celebration with 70-80 guests sharing my experience- Firstly, I must say that the hotel's ambiance is quite pleasant. The setting and atmosphere provided a comfortable and enjoyable environment for the celebration. However, when it comes to the food, I have some reservations. Prior to the event, we had discussions with the manager, Wilson, who assured us of the quality of the food that would be served. Unfortunately, the actual food service did not live up to these promises. One of the major disappointments was the dessert. Every single guest ended up leaving their dessert untouched on their plates because the recipe had gone completely wrong. It's disheartening to see something that was supposed to be a sweet highlight turn into such a disappointment. Additionally, the rotis were served cold, which was unexpected. A warm and fresh serving of rotis should be the standard. Furthermore, the welcome drink we were served during the event differed significantly in taste from what we had sampled during the food trial. This inconsistency left many of us puzzled. Overall, our group was genuinely disappointed with the food quality and the inconsistency between what was promised and what was delivered. If you're primarily looking for a pleasant ambiance, this hotel might meet your expectations. However, if you're seeking both a great ambiance and delicious food, I would recommend reconsidering your choice.

Amazing Experience at Moistin Pune Hotel! The hotel's restaurant is a culinary delight. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and each dish I tried was bursting with flavors. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the presentation was impeccable. The restaurant staff was courteous and attentive, making sure that I had a pleasant dining experience.

Plenty of parking space. Rooms are weirdly constructed. Veg and non veg both options available in food though I tried all veg dishes and nothing was noteworthy or super tasty.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
