I visited the hotel this month. And the hotel was so clean. The best part of this hotel is that they allowed me to cook in there kitchen for my 1 year old daughter. As i wanted to cook for her by myself. They coperate with us in every manner. And the cooking staff take care of the hygienic part too while cooking the food. As i itself went there to cook for my daughter. So, i saw that kitchen was so clean and whatever they are cooking they take care of the hygiene part. If I talk about the location and view from the hotel. Both are good. As the hotel have the roof top. So, if u want to enjoy ur meal while sitting there. U can witness the amazing view. And the hotel is near the Tibetan market. And the main market also.Just go to the right side of the hotel.Just after 50-70 steps the market will start. Cons part- To reach the hotel u need to take stairs which are 20-30 steps. So, if u can manage it then it's good to stay at this hotel. For the luggage part. The staff will help to take care. They will carry the luggage.

Very good hotel near to mall road. Nice restaurant with good food quality. Rooms are ok considering low prices Only thing is you have to walk stairs for hotel entry and exit that may ne issue for some people. I havent seen so big balcony for qny hotel yet, nice area to relax and have a tea.

Better than other hotels,cheaper too. The only thing I didn't like is stairs. Too much downstairs . Otherwise staff,manager,restaurant every thing is better than others and close to mall road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
