The hotel location is too good and close to the market. Staff is co-operative and takes care of all your needs. Complimentary breakfast was good. Restaurant service is slow and takes time to serve the food. They have two restaurants 'Cheese and Olives' which serves Pizza, Pasta etc and another one is Indian restaurant. We had tried only Indian restaurant and the food quality was average. Open dining area with live music in the evening was a plus point. Hot water supply is through the geyser, hence it was limited may be due to geyser capacity. To get another bucket of hot water, we had to wait for minimum of 20-25 minutes.

We had a very good experience at Mongas hotel. The view at any time of the day is breathtaking. The ambience, the food and hospitality is excellent. Each room is very clean, and artistically decorated, bathrooms too are clean and well equipped. Overall a great heavenly experience. Would recommend it for anyone who wants to be far from the maddening crowd.

The service was great and the rooms were excellent too. The view was beautiful and it was a nice stay. Pankaj was very helpful throughout the stay. The food was nice too and they have variety of cuisines. We really enjoyed it

Rooms, food, location everything is excellent. Rooms look brand new, very airy and fresh and not damp which is very hard to maintain in a hilly area. Wooden floors, nice balcony views, a very efficient geyser( you need that in a hill station), quality toiletries and tea and coffee, everything was impressive. Two minute walk to all the attractions and the staff is so quick and courteous. I couldn’t find anything wrong here which is hard for me to do ;). As someone who lives abroad, I would rate it as a Marriott level hotel.

Best resort in Dalhousie. It was our second visit to Mongas resort. Excellent rooms with excellent room service, very kind and cooperative staff, bon fire with live singing is attractive feature, bathrooms were clean, breakfast was good, restaurant service was excellent. Overall experience was too good. Everyone must visit this resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
