        Great location. Parking facility is an added advantage. Very clean and neat room. Well maintained property.. Very friendly reception staff. Nice swimming pool. Only some rooms have the sea view but all are the same size and facilities. It is excellent with facilities for this rate. The only negative is the delay for food service at the restaurant. The shortage of workers at the restaurant is visible. Overall my stay at Hotel Moonlight is excellent. 100% recommending.. 100% value for money...

        If you want to spend extra money please visit this hotel. No service, I was staying with my friend, on the ground floor, mosquitos everywhere, whole night was disturbed because of this. No Sea Facing Rooms , also the restaurant of this hotel known as Makani Restaurant, was such a pathetic experience. They make you wait for like 1-2 hrs, after 1 hr the plate was served , and only 2 people for a restaurant , is that a joke?.2 people for a restaurant with a sitting of 15-20 people, really? Pool was not clean. No sea facing rooms. At check out time , they asked us to give extra payment of 2000/- rupees for extra stay? In fact we just stayed for 13-14 hrs for the hotel? There are many fake reviews please don't believe that.

        The worst hotel ever. They will say it's 3 star hotel but their room is not even worth it for 3 Star. Mosquitoes are flying in the room. Service is very poor. Bathroom windows are broken, lights are not working, Their restaurant will make you wait for 1-2 hours and food is also unhygenic. They will not tell you check-in and check-out time, and they will say it's not our duty to tell you. At check out time they will force you for extra payment and they will blackmail you that they will call the police if you do not pay the bill. This hotel is totally scam please do not book room here.

        We have booked a stay at Moon Light for 4 days. We have asked for a room with a sea view, but they showed a different room, and even though it's not good, and also the fridge is not working. We asked for another room, but they told us all the rooms were booked. Please stay today in this room, then change tomorrow, and we have accepted. The next day I asked to change the room, and again, they said no room is available, sir, and it will change tomorrow. This same answer happened daily, and due to inconvenience, it was nicely offered complimentary breakfast for a couple of days, but again, this promise is also broken. Nicely taking and cheating the customers once they get in and then checkout time was rude (like first you vacate the room without any pleasant word or decent talk 😡) . Finally, the room is not at all worth the price they have charged. It’s not comfortable to access the pool because it’s outside the hotel and inside the restaurant. The restaurant can be accessed by outsiders as well, and it’s always busy with customers because only one vegetarian restaurant is near by and all can view the pool. The restaurant staff was smaller, and food orders were always delayed, taking longer time.

        This place is a relic of its former self. The restaurant is outsourced and not part of the hotel. To reataurant was not available to help with food for a toddler. At night our kid got strange bites on their face. Lots of mosquitoes flying around inside the hotel. This hotel is not set up in anyway for kids. The pool is available yet not clean. The staff are kind and refunded us for breakfast for not being available. The grounds guy is super kind and helped us with our bags. It may have been great years ago but for now, most certainly avoid this place

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
