I visited Nainital for 3 days and stayed in Hotel Mount N Mist for 3 nights with family. Service is very good, and behavior of hotel staff is also very good. Hotel charges are reasonable compared to other hotels in Mall road area. Food of this hotel is very tasty and reasonable. I highly recommended this hotel if you are looking in a low budget.

Pathetic Experience. I went to Nainital on 2nd july 2023 with my family and had the worst experience with this hotel. Such poor hygiene rooms. Thankfully I booked the room for a single day. This hotel is 2.5 kms away from Naini lake and no transport is available till this height. Ordered tea and got a smelly tea instead, very bad experience with rooms, food, location. Never ever visit this place.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER !!!!!!!! Terrible experience , the rooms were not clean , bathrooms were smelly, staff was not cooperative. I would not suggest anyone to visit here , this is the worst place to stay in nainital , too far from Mall road . No pick drop service provided by hotel. They will misguide you when you call them to book the rooms that the service is good and pick and drop is available. Worst experience ever

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
