while the location and the food is excellent, there are some minor issues that need to be addressed. as senior citizens we found that there is no heating in the bathrooms. in the cold climate, this can pose a challenge to seniors or elderly particularly during the nights. the fine tuning of the thermostat in the rooms for heating/cooling is absent. so you are at the mercy of the central a/c system. the hot water system in the bathroom shower area is unpredictable. the uniformity of the temperature while taking a shower is missing. the pressure of the water flow is also low. of course these should not deter the travellers who wish to book this hotel. the view from the hotel rooms is really worth the trouble considering that you its quite an uphill task to walk up the path from the main road. so you do need strong legs to walk / climb to the reception area. the monkeys running on the rooftops of the upper floor can be quite distracting. overall the experience was very good and certainly recommended for new travellers.

Overall experience was good. Few improvements to suggest. 1. Please stop serving chicken kebab as Chicken lollypop. Chef just inserted a bone at the bottom of kebab and served it. Really a mood spoiler at the dinner table. 2. Bed mattress in room 7A was really really old. Not sure if other rooms have better mattresses. 3. Try including some snacks in the room. Positive experiences: 1. Room service provided cow milk for the kid on request. We really appreciate it. 2. View and garden is really amazing. 3. Live performance by the singer on both nights was great. We enjoyed it.

OMG! This place was an experience, we had a premium deck room and a decided staff member for us. They took such good care of us, that really made this a good experience. Our staff member was Badrinath who took real good care. The rooms are big and spacious. The restaurant serves good food and the views are amazing. Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
