Neat and clean place. What I did not like was the way staff ask for tips. They literally ask for money and fight with one another for tips. This should be taken care by the owner. Food is average but considering budget it's great for the price you pay.

Bang in the middle of the market place. Very convenient. For the price it’s total value for money. Food is good but nothing exceptional. Food menu is good for adults but not for kids. Rooms are old and have not been renovated for long time, but are cozy. Beds have electric warmers and work well. Due to a masjid near by the Azaan will wake you up early in the morning so you can get an early start to your day. Opt for rooms beyond the x05 series for a good view of the river eg 205, 306 etc. Family rooms like 213, 214 are super spacious but offer views of the backside of the shops which is not great.

Writing this review just because the way the receptionist spoke on the phone and said lewd things how they work. Wonder why the owner is not considering his skills. The receptionist should be taught atleast how to speak with guests. I was going to make a reservation but they way he spoke shows his hospitality skills. Hope the owner reads this and takes action on it. As its the owner who bears the loss.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. It’s situated near market and close to all the tourist places but the rooms are of poor grade. The prices are too high for the service they are providing.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
