dont go there useless hotel , small room , no service , The manager of the hotel is the worst, his name is Vijay, our room was booked 10 days ago, we were to wait for 7 hours, he said that the room was not available , we checked in at 7 o'clock in the night and we had to pay the full money. . There is no sense in talking to manager Vijay, he is so rude and pathetic. When we talked to the owner they will get the room, manager Mr. Vijay kept all the rooms on hold and he was waiting for extra money. save ur money dont go there ....as i m also travel agent manager know that after he is talking senseless think how he talked with unknown person ...he said take ur money and go ///

Average rooms and got the hot water only after asking. A part of the washroom top was covered with card board sheets which we didn't like. Room was clean and nearby to railway station. We stayed only for half a day. Food in near by Supriya (Veg) was good. This hotel is proximate to the nearby sight seeing places and railway station.

Pathetic experience. I spoke to the staff confirming an early check-in at 6am for my elderly parents. They assured me that it would not be a problem, and a room would definitely be available for them. But upon reaching there at 6am, they refused to even open the door for my parents, and said that no such arrangement could or had been made. My parents were forced to go around the city for 2 hrs, trying to find a hotel that would allow immediate check-in. They ended up paying a lot for this. Very disappointed in the service.

Pathetic and untidy rooms. Rude and arrogant staff. If you park your vehicle in backside and enter from there you will be welcomed with garbage and filth everywhere. Hotel is only money centric and not customer centric. Will for sure will not recommend to stay here.

Very good place ... Clean rooms and reception is also good ...and best part is, it is surrounded by 3 restaurants and is walking distance from small stalls where you can eat anything... So all in all great place to stay.. hotel is near by M.G Road

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
