This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute stroll from Palolem Beach. The staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating. The room, while not spotless, was satisfactory, and they even offered a welcome drink. For those on a budget, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

It was a decent hotel, although rooms were small for the given price. Got complementary drinks ,tooth brush kit, water bottles. Downside is no one will be available after 10 if you need any help. Care takers were sweet people.

This is one good place to stay mainly if you are travelling with kids. The rooms are clean. They provide drinking water and 4 free beers everyday. The place is just 7 min away from the Palolem beach.

Descent hotel to stay near palolem beach. Rooms were nice. They have a Terese from which you can see the sea view.. One suggestion, they should have kitchen. There is no food options available at hotel

After booking this property from agoda, i tried to contact them for a few days (number mentioned in agoda) as i needed a cab from airport to hotel. But they didn't pick up the call, even though sometimes they disconnected my call & didn't bother to call me back. However the trust was broken and i cancelled my booking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
