It’s a worst hotel i ever stayed. People will waste their money if they book this hotel. (Here is my complete experience ) I booked two deluxe room of this hotel 1700 each for two days I paid them 3400 50% advance but muje same date par kuch important kam aa gya so within 24 hours maine inko call kiya for booking cancellation that girl name was ritu jisse Meri booking ki thi next 24 hours ke baad maine call kiya toh kisi ladke ne uthya he said jisse booking ki hai unse baat karo jb mai uss ladki ko call Kara she didn’t pick my call phir maine dubara uss ladke ko call kiya he said mam cancellation Ho jata hai within 72 hours se phle Aur aapko apki money refund Ho jaegi aap phir mam (ritu) ko call try karo aise karte karte muje morning se evening Ho gyi par muje bs ghumaye jaa rhe the so maine ab kisi Aur ke number se call kiya toh uss ladki (Ritu) ne call utthaya and phir maine usse jb puccha cancellation ka toh bhi usne muje koyi Aur phone number diya Aur bola ki mam iss number par muje apne payment ke screenshot sent karo sb kuch karne ke baad muje last me bola gya mam aapko refund nhi milega Mera itna time waste karne ke baad they said they will not refund my money And most important thing during is that when I was booking that girl ( Ritu) did not give me any information about cancellation. But when I told her that you did not tell me any terms and conditions regarding the cancellation then she started asking me why I did not ask her about this. This could have been told even on the first call but I was harassed the whole day. After that I kept a booking for one day because I paid rs 3400 toh mai waste toh nhi kar sakti thi Inke voiceover me mention tha checkin time - 1PM and checkout time - 11 AM So I reached this hotel around 12:30 PM even then they told me that the rooms was not ready I had to wait for one hour, rooms were made available at 1:30 PM When we reached the room one room was fine but fan in the other room was not working so I went to the reception and talked about it they said ac se kam chala liye but the light (electricity) in the hotel were also going off again and again. My entire vacation got ruined because of this hotel and it’s management. My only suggestion is that please read this review carefully before spending your money.

room were not cleaned, mattress were used and had stains no water bottle they will give you dirty jug, will never recommend this to anyone, staff were rude - no support no lift in the building they will not help you with the luggage, I asked for room heater they were like we don’t have room heater please read all the facilities provided they charged me ₹5000 / day because I have booked for the year end but the room was not 1200 worth .

- Infrastructure of rooms is good, - Reaching the place by car is tough due to narrow roads but it's in prime location. - No view from rooms. - Booked the place after seeing the reviews but one of the staffs was not friendly and rather vindictive. Informed our booking is cancelled without prior information or actual cancellation in the App. Didn't allow us to extend the stay although there was vacancy and confirmation given by another staff. My friends who were sick had to shift to another hotel. Not good experience overall despite it being a well built property.

Location good. Rooms are clean. However it all ends there. Amenities : Zero. The room stinks, No telephone, Remote broken, No WiFi service. Not evern basic services like providing clean water /water bottle. No elevator. For food, you need to walk down the street. Once you check in, no body bothers about you. Best to Avoid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
