We stayed for two days celebrate our special special day and kudos to the team they did every effort to make it a memorable day for us for a life time. Thanks so much posh classic team. See you next cheers!! That's is actually called hospitality.. i think every hotel must visit this place and should learn from their staff. Every one was so polite and actually educated... I am very impressed. And that receptionist. He was so enthusiastic... Couple must visit this place... Really this hotel has very nice rooms with beautiful location and nice decor. I liked the attentive service of the staff and quality food with good service. A perfect place to stay with peace and enjoy your trip or holidays

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring that everything was in perfect order. The bed was so comfortable that I had some of the best nights of sleep during my stay. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, and their professionalism was truly commendable.

It was a lovely stay. Very friendly staff. Nishu at the reception helped with suggestions for travelling, shopping and clicked great pictures. It was amazing and well taken care of i stayed there for 02 nights i was away from my friends but hotel staff made me feel like a new family which i have made. comfortable, caring and it was overwhelming. I loved those cookies. i must tell you one of the best staffs you have in every department

Each and every member was polite with smile on their face from reception till Catering as well as check-in and out members. Cleanliness was at par, Well maintained rooms. Food was great quality with heaps of choice in buffet. Would highly recommended this place for stay in this hotel. Thanks for the great work you do team and keep it up like this in future.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
