Very happy with the service provided by Mr. Jamin Khan. We were tourist from Goa and very new to the place. He allowed us to do early check-in at 6:00am without any extra cost. The room cost was also pocket friendly. The owner is very friendly and jolly person. We also opted for the desert safari service provided by him which was very adventurous and satisfying. It gave us a real experience of the thar desert and the local cultural activities. He was with us throughout the journey and guided us. The rooms are also located at the place where it will be easy for the one to explore all the places of the city.

Avoid purchasing extra services, like the Jeep safari, paragliding,camel safari from them. Despite the initial promise of a 35-kilometer safari, the driver behaved poorly and only covered around 6 to 8 kilometers, took us to the dessert and left us there and went somewhere saying enjoy the other activities, displaying rudeness towards the end. While the room was satisfactory and reasonably priced, the breakfast turned out to be overly expensive. And wifi wasn't working.

Hotel Neem Haveli is a great place to stay. Rooms and washrooms are very clean. All the major tourist attractions are nearby. They also provide desert safari experience. Owner is very friendly and helpful. I booked my stay via Agoda. In all I had a great stay.

Great place to stay. Clean rooms and great service, close to the Jaisalmer fort and at walkable distance from Ghadisar Lake. Owner Jamin and staff are warm and helpful. Mr Jamin helped us with itinerary for our 2-day stay, ensuring we explored all the must-see places in Jaisalmer. We also opted for desert safari and border tour provided by the hotel. Both were great experiences. Quite affordable. I did visit in peak season and it is very pocket friendly. I was a bit sceptical since it is inconveniently located in an alley. Location aside, everything was great especially the hospitality. Highly recommend.
