Excellent room and bathroom. Great location. But no lift and hardly any parking space - had to park on the road. Housekeeping was only possible after 4 pm. No toilet paper in the washroom and no hand wash. Old towels. This hotel has the capacity to be excellent one at a good price. They need to up their game.

Recently stayed here.. Pro:1) Room condition was clean and neat Cons:1)No lift . Had to climb 3 floors with old grandmother. Cancelled rest of plan to avoid up-downs. 2) No parking space. Single line parking. Receptionist threatened of calling in the midnight if keys are not surrendered. 3)No hot water during my stay. Staffs were least bothered to repair it. They ensured to bring bucket of hot water whenever required. After a wait of 20 mins every time of my call. Myself decided to bath in cold water. Old parents really struggled. 4) Hotel staffs were very rude. No eye contact. Always had a stand that this is how our hotel is .. if you want you can stay. Very less cooperative and helpful. Was really discomforted selecting this hotel.No support to carry your luggage to 3 rd floor 5) I booked seeing good review in goibibo.. which is deceiving. I couldn't see any evident warning on parking and no lift in the website. I paid 3.5 k which is way too high for this kind of low quality hotels.

The hotel is in the back street near Temples and River Bank. Nice location in the walkable distance from the metro station. The room was clean and spacious. AC is appreciated in this weather. The service helped us with every question we had, and the room was cleaned on request.

The location is great, the decor is pleasant, and the rooms are decent. There's no hot water, the double beds tied together with some kind of a rope was digging into my neck which didn't help me sleep. 1 litre water provided on the first day, when asked to fill it up for the next day to avoid plastic we were told no and that we will have to buy a new bottle as only 1 ltr is allowed for a stay which was unreasonable according to me. It can be managed better. I liked the lady at the reception but the guy could do a lot better in hospitality with both check-in and check-out.

Good stay rooms were well maintained but small and no restaurant attached... Staff won't help you with the luggage and there is no lift... Property is near Ernakulam Siva Temple. Super market and restaurant available near by

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
