        Location wise it's a great location. Anjuna beach is just 1-1.5 km away . Rooms are also kinda okay. We went there in peak season so paid Lil more but it was okay for us with this location having 2 rooms and one washroom. Swimming pool time is till 7 pm. So that could be an issue if you want to use it afterwards. Even if you were told to allow it afterwards they won't . so keep that in mind .

        It's not a hotel. It's a scam. One of the worst experiences of my life. The hotel looks like a smelly rotten dustbin and the rooms are dull with bad plumbing which runs over the bedroom and leaks when you are sleeping. Also if you complaint, the manger and staff tends to shut down your complaint as if it was the fault of the customer.

        Location is very good. 10 min walk in from CSMT station. Food is beautiful. On road hotel. From out side it may not looks good, but inside is ok, Rate is also reasonable Rs 2100/- per night in Mumbai city is best.

        I would not recommend this hotel. Health hazard with corridors and rooms like out of a horror movie. Pictures on booking and Google are edited and not what you get! The hotel is run down, dark and very smelly like damp and mould. Corridors are dirty with open walls, wires and metal exposed. The rooms are small with no outside windows for fresh air, the bedding stank like a dirty motor, the pillows were brown and mouldy. The room has had no maintenance, brown walls, stained with paint peeling off. Bathroom has no ventilation, mouldy and very bad smell. I actually felt uncomfortable and dirty here. For me everything was NOT hygienic at all, you will not be comfortable. Staff were nice, no issues there, restaurant next door was great and within walking distance to attractions.

        Hotel new Bengal location is fabulous. He is free from noisy environment and greeny environment around the hotel. It's location is very enjoyable. Staff behaviour is very humble and familiar. Rooms is well maintained with AC, wifi, electric geaser and Blanket facilities. Food is very delicious. Hotel preparing the food on the customer demand. I like the hotel famous dish Shukto, it very delicious.
