        Not good in comparison to its tariff. Reception counter was only decorated but rooms are not good. Waiters are very cruel. ACs are very old and broken. They didn't work well. Geyser was also broken. Somehow it was managed for working. No value for money.

        Small bathroom, comod cover broken, flush didnt work properly, TV connection didn't have adaptor, Only 1 bath towel, drinking RO water given doesn't taste good, no toilet soap, wash basin was loosly hanging, no lift till 2nd floor, AC is from grandpa ages and makes sounds. On top of all this, charges are very high. Mumbai taxi drivers will fool you and take to these hotel for their commission.

        It was one of the worst hotel where i've ever been. The room was small, dirty and smelly; every morning the staff wake you up by speaking in a very loud voice. The receptionists aren't friendly and finally the room where I was hasn't got any windows ! Absolutely a no recommended hotel.

        A part of a film theatre converted to a lodge. Small, un-airy (hence ac) rooms. Strictly budget place to spend the night. Lobby being the first impression looks good but that's it. Better places nearby.

        Its managments behavior awful .The manger initially talked to me before entry into the hotel very sweetly but after entry after just a day it started asking for room rent even though at the time of entry I already gave advance and also told them my period of stay .The bed sheets pillow cover are dirty tv remote does not work(which was not changed after repetitive requests from us) broken flush ,gyser also broken. They behave with their customers as if they are runaways going to run away without paying their hotel rent.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
