This property is decent and clean. We requested late check-in at around 11pm and the management was very adjusting and helped smooth check-in. The rooms are large enough,clean and sanitized. We checked out early in the morning and were helped with our luggage. They seem to be inclusive in terms of their staff as they have a young service staff who is differently abled but is very helpful with the luggage.

I have booked a suite room. Upon taking the room, i have noticed that Bath Tub has stains, kettle has stains (replaced with other) ,No hot water, No hair drier, No Comb, No Moisturiser. Just a shampoo and a soap bar. I want to ask for everything to get done. Staff were not attentive. Old furniture and building with dust on every corners. Even the mattress was not flat. Bed sheets were good. Not at all a pleasant experience. Waste of money and peace. Jaisalmer hotel in the desert was cheaper than this and had a great experience there, won’t recommend this Hotel Niky International. Better choose any other one.

We were on a 9-day Rajasthan family trip and stay at this hotel. Rooms were very good and front desk staff were very helpful. But, the breakfast options and taste was very bad. The staff at the restaurant were very uninterested to serve and help around. One of them was coughing heavily and was touching all utensils and accessories. He wasn't wearing mask either. Sick employees, should be given a break and rest to get well. In about 100-meters, we found another hotel ( Chandra Inn ) and they were running a Rajashtan Food Festival. Food was awesome over there.

Great place for casual stay. Good location . Food quality can be improved . Although food was good but some items were spicy and some were not very tasteful. Thanks

Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was also spacious along with good quality toiletries. The only issue is hotel don’t have hair dryers. If asked they say we have only 1 and given it in 1 room. Also the refrigerator is smelling very bad. Else hotel is worth money

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
