Had a very bad experience in this hotel. Truly a over priced hotel, I will nver stay again here. I booked the room for rs.3500 later at the point to checkout they are asking me to pay rs4000. For what reason?? We got a negotiation before they agreed at rs3500 still forcing me to pay 500 extra. This is a very bad experience I had. Rooms r just below average familiar to lodge type rooms They r charging rs. 4000+ but still not providing any mini fridge or hot kettle or coffee-tea stuffs. Having no lifts as well For using pool u need to pay 70/- per head Then whats the reason of so high charges I have stayed 100s of different hotel though-out the country but haven’t seen such bad things anywhere

Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is also good here. But the charges they are taking, are very expensive. Even for water bottles they are charging 12 rupees extra than the MRP. After complaining also they didn’t take any step. We requested for extending our check out timing by 2 hours, they were charging 5k per room for that. And did not adjust. The swimming has many broken tiles and the management knows that but didn’t repair/inform beforehand . One of my family members got wounded from there. Otherwise everything was ok.

Who would love the mix of a bit less crowded view with options available around a nice beach this is the place. Food room service is excellent while rooms are pretty old fashioned and not maintained. Overall I would like to have another stay if needed in future.

Noooooo a big no to Niladri....rooms are bad. Rooms and food are overpriced. When we entered liquor bottles were present in the cupboard. Breakfast same menu all days n in complimentary they give only one dish per person. Take charges of kids below 5yrs. Worst hotel in puri no hot water kettle bad service. People are not polite. Worst experience

Lovely place to stay. We had great time. The hotel is sea facing. You can go for beach walk anytime. Restaurant us also very decent to eat for vegetarians.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
